WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for All retail products, including Gift Cards. Pickups are available Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 18:00. It is highly recommended to call ahead 1-800-711-2026 and inform of your estimated Pick-up time and we will endeavor to have you package ready for Quick release

Free Shipping

We offer free Free shipping is available within Canada based on certain minimum order values that may change from time to time, but are known and visually displayed at time of purchase shipping on Canadian Orders over $125.00 CAD. However, orders over 4 kilograms or 8.8 Pounds may be subject to a surcharge regardless of total purchase value for Delivery to Canadian Addresses regardless of country of origin of the Customer or origin of Bank Card.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Free shipping is not available on orders considered "heavy" over 4 kilograms or 8.8 pounds - a flat Surcharge applies no matter the dollar value of products purchased.

USA Orders are only available through the USPS (United States Postal Service) and subject to change due ongoing Tariff negotiations.

Optaderm uses the official ZONOS program provided by the USPS in cooperation with Canada Post to pre-pay applicable Tariffs

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES, PLUS USA TARIFF RULES

All efforts are made to find affordable and efficient shipping solutions for deliveries outside Canada and the United States. Please allow our Team the time to investigate and communicate to you the best options
