Privacy Policy and Security
When you make an order, you authorize Optaderm Products Inc. to process your payment through Stripe. Stripe will use your payment details to complete the transaction securely. Optaderm Products will not store your credit card or payment information. Stripe is responsible for the integrity and security of their payment gateway.

Shipping and Billing
Unless you are advised otherwise, all orders will be filled and shipped in a timely manner. Shipping costs for your area are determined during the checkout process. All payments for purchases must be paid in advance using a valid credit card.

Shipping Restrictions & Information for Delivery Outside of Canada
Optaderm Products ships from Vancouver, Canada. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with the import laws of their country. Please check with your customs office before placing an order.
If your package is seized by customs and is not returned to Optaderm Products, you will not receive a refund. If the unopened package is returned, you are responsible for the shipping costs, surcharges, and a 10% restocking fee. You authorize Optaderm Products to charge these fees to your credit card.
You are also responsible for any additional duties or taxes applicable to your purchase. Optaderm Products does not collect these fees and cannot estimate their amount. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
Optaderm Products accurately reports the purchase amount on customs forms and will not falsify declarations, such as marking items as “gifts” or underreporting their value.
Optaderm Products reserves the right to decline any order.
General
“Optaderm Products” or “OptaDerm” refers to Optaderm Products Inc., including its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, owners, and suppliers.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Any claims or proceedings related to this agreement must be brought in the courts of British Columbia.
If any part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
This agreement contains the entire understanding between you and Optaderm Products. Changes to this agreement are only valid if made in writing and signed by both parties.
